Billing and Payment Policies
At JS MOW PRO, we believe in simple, transparent, and flexible billing that puts you in control.
Pay-Per-Service Pricing
- All services are billed on a pay-per-mow / pay-per-service basis.
- There are no long-term contracts, no monthly minimums, and no annual commitments.
- You only pay for the services we actually perform.
Flexible Scheduling & Changes
You can increase, decrease, pause, or modify your mowing frequency and service add-ons at any time with simple notice. We will adjust your next service accordingly. Changes that better fit your needs will likely affect your rate but will not result in additional penalties or fees.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept:
- Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) – Preferred. JS MOW PRO absorbs all merchant fees.
- Debit Cards
- CashApp $jsmowpro
- Check
- Cash (on-site) – Exact change required.
Invoicing & Payment Terms
- You will receive a clear, itemized invoice after each service is completed.
- Payment is requested by the end of the service day and is due within 7 days of service completion.
- For convenience, many customers keep a card on file for automatic billing.
- You may also pre-pay by adding service credit to your account.
Late Payment Policy
- JS MOW PRO does not charge late fees.
- Services will be automatically paused if any invoice remains unpaid after 14 days.
- Services can be restored immediately upon payment of all outstanding balances. However, customers with a history of late payments may be required to prepay or keep a card on file before future services are scheduled.
Cancellation / No-Show Policy
- We request 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Services canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will not be charged a fee. However, repeated last-minute cancellations may result in discontinuation of service.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If you’re not completely satisfied with any service, please notify us within 48 hours, and we will make it right.
