Price Transparency - Weekly/Biweekly: Property Size up to 5000 sq Ft 30/40, up to 7500 sq Ft 35/45, up to 10,000 sq Ft 40/50, and up.

* Prices quoted on door hangars will ALWAYS be honored for First Service and any necessary changes will be discussed with and approved by homeowner before scheduling routine service. 

* Must opt-in for Weekly Service by April or when signing up to lock in Weekly rate for the 2026 Mowing Season. This means you keep the Weekly rate when the grass growth slows down to Biweekly in the Fall and Monthly in the Winter.

* Mow Season runs from March thru November. December thru February is Winter Break and customers may opt in for Monthly (recommended for the Winter) or place Service to "On Call" status until March.
